I know everyday won’t be like this. I cut out all junk food and soda. I’ll be posting a thank you video today, along with a video talking about what I’m doing to start losing weight.
This is the exciting part! The pounds will come off REALLY fast at first simply because you're doing SOMETHING. Remember this: When your body begins getting used to the fact that you're working out, you will reach a plateau where the pounds WON'T come off so easily. This just means it's time to shock your body by changing up your routine! I'm just commenting on this now so that you don't feel disappointed later. When it happened to me, I became pretty depressed about the whole thing. As I learned what was occuring, how to go about changing my routine and challenging myself, the pounds came off just like before. It'll just mean that it's time to push even further than you once thought possible. You, my friend, are going to inspire a LOT of people before this is over.

I lost my first 15lbs over 4 weeks. I'm due for that first plateau. So far its been good. I've been eating 300 to 400 calories per meal using lo cal prepared meals like healthychoice fresh mixers, vege burgers, and vegetables. The junk food is tough to stop eating because of the convenience. That's why I like the mixers.
I'm also exercising too. I do 30min of weight and core training and 30min of cardio each session 3x per week.
